Online Bill Pay

Any Person, or family unit comprised of two to four persons residing in the same household and over 18 years of age, is eligible for the program if the combined gross annual income is:

A.    133%, or less of  the current year Federal Poverty Guidelines as set forth in the Federal Poverty Guideline Chart, as it may be amended, shall receive a 50% discount off the household monthly water and wastewater service fee, OR

B.     Less than 138% but above 133% of  the current year Federal Poverty Guidelines as set forth in the Federal Poverty Guideline Chart, as it may be amended, shall receive a 45% discount off the household monthly water and wastewater service fee, OR

C.     Less than 150% but above 138% of  the current year Federal Poverty Guidelines as set forth in the Federal Poverty Guideline Chart, as it may be amended, shall receive a 40% discount off the household monthly water and wastewater service fee.

A copy of your (and any other adult over the age of 18 residing in the same household) prior year's income tax return is required to confirm your income.  Anyone who does not provide a copy of his or her tax return will not qualify for the discount.  Submit the forms below for review.  

The Lander Rural Water House is located at 125 Buena Vista Dr.  The dispenser operates by credit card, debit card, tap to pay, or mobile wallet.  There is also the option to set-up a pre-paid account so you can access the system with an access code and PIN number.  

The City of Lander does not operate trash services within city limits. However, residents have several options available:
